    My sister got me pottery classes for Christmas and I’ll be taking them this year! I took a pottery class in high school but I’m excited to actually take “real” classes soon. Yay for new things ๐Ÿ™‚ I also love getting back into my routine after the holiday’s. Feels so good!

    Very interesting to get a perspective of what consumed you and how intensely your mind worked. But maybe some of the reasons you did train so hard was for the reward.
    In working life I have found that I was consumed by succeeding,as in school life I was a failure. This work/life balance can at times be hard to be successful at.

    Thank you so much for sharing your experience and incredible insight about this very important issue affecting many young people today. I look forward to hearing more about your strategies for coping and feeling good and hope your blog goes completely viral as sharing your story will help give voice to to so many struggling and will help to remove the stigma associated with all things mental health.
